These new club decals are made in a new way that is far different and better than traditional methods. Typically (like our old stickers) there are printed on a paper based decal that uses inks that are not protected against UV rays, or moisture very well. This leads to fading and water logged decals. The other methods for stickers is printed + laminated vinyl, which is far better than the other method but falls short on UV resistance and overall look of this new UV DTF type decal.

UV DTF Key Features:

  • Surface Compatibility: Works on a wide range of hard, smooth, non-porous materials like glass, metal, plastic, ceramic, sealed wood, and acrylic. It is not suitable for fabrics.
  • Durability: The cured ink and strong adhesive create a robust bond that is resistant to scratches, water, sunlight, and fading, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
  • Application: The decals are easy to apply: simply peel the backing, press firmly onto a clean surface using a squeegee, and peel off the top film. No heat press or special equipment is needed for application.
  • Finish: UV DTF prints have a slightly raised, glossy, or sometimes matte (with varnish) 3D texture appearance.
  • Versatility: This method allows for branding and personalizing items that are unevenly shaped or too large for a standard direct-to-object UV printer, such as curved tumblers, phone cases, and automotive decals.
