• Do you print, embroider, laser, and 3D print the products yourself?

YES, we own all of our workshop equipment and DO NOT have a 3rd party company complete our orders. We are the last person to touch your item(s) before it is sealed and shipped.

• Are there any minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

No, there is no minimum. There is however, a discount for bulk orders. Design, size, and format affect the pricing so send us an email for your special project.

• What file formats are needed for designs?

Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) are preferred for high-quality printing, but high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG or JPEG files are often accepted. If all you have is just a low resolution image we can try our best to work with that also!

• How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is usually 8–15 business days after design approval, though rush options are often available.

• Can I bring my own garments?

Yes, we allow you to bring your own items, but we are not responsible for damage during the printing/embroidery process.

• What is the best printing method?

DTF (Direct to Film): Best for complex, multi-color, or detailed designs in smaller quantities.

Embroidery: Best for logos on caps, polos, and jackets.

• How should I care for printed apparel?

Wash inside-out in cold water and hang dry to prevent fading and cracking.

• Can I use any logo or design?

You must own the rights to the design or have proper licensing. Using branded logos without permission is illegal.

• Do you ship outside the Con USA?

Sorry but at this time we DO NOT ship outside the continental United States.

• What brand(s) do you carry for clothing?

Our current line is mostly GILDAN brand for their reasonable price and quality. Baby products are from Rabbit Skins.

• ORDER PROCESSING:

Generally we try our best to keep as much inventory in stock as we can, so please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

• FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 days using USPS, UPS OR FEDEX 2. We do not ship outside of USA at this time.

Hey there! We are a 2 person operation who LOVE creating customized crafts using any media our ever expanding equipment will allow us. We currently run our shop with smaller but industrial level machines that allow us to do all sorts of fun stuff for you all to enjoy. To be clear, EVERYTHING we offer is done in house. We DO NOT use print on demand type companies.
